Filing a claim is easy!

We know that you depend on your hearing instruments, and we want to process your claim as quickly as possible.


Contact your practitioner to complete and submit the required information to ESCO.


ESCO will send your practitioner authorization details.


Practitioner will send your device or impression to Manufacturer.


Manufacturer will ship device back to practitioner.


Practitioner will schedule time with you for fitting and adjustments.

Copayments & Fees

Hearing instruments are sophisticated devices that require specialized professional services only your practitioner can provide.

Beyond the repair or replacement of your hearing instrument itself, there may be fees charged by your practitioner for their time and services related to reprogramming or refitting your hearing instrument. You’ll know about these fees upfront, so there won’t be any surprise costs, when your claim is filed.*

* If your device is lost during the policy period, you will need to pay the balance of the premium before your claim is authorized.
