File A Claim

ESCO works with your practitioner to get your hearing instruments repaired or replaced fast, reconnecting you with your world as quickly as possible. We authorize claims within one business day. We know that you depend on your hearing instruments, and we want to process your claim as quickly as possible. Hearing instruments are sophisticated devices that require specialized professional services only your practitioner can provide. Beyond the repair or replacement of your hearing instrument itself, there may be fees charged by your practitioner for their time and services related to reprogramming or refitting your hearing instrument. You’ll know about these fees upfront, so there won’t be any surprise costs, when you file a claim.  

Claim Process

  1. Print and complete the claim form.
  2. Make an appointment and visit your hearing care practitioner.
  3. Your practitioner will forward your claim and receive authorization from ESCO, upon receiving your replaced or repaired device, please pay your practitioner any required co-payments for time and services.
